3 dbl bedrooms / 1 bathrm / Laundry / Office / Sleepout / 2 ½ car garaging / ¾ acre gardens

Thanks to a growing family, we passed on our lovely riverside Helensville home to a lucky couple looking to move into a beautifully decorated home in 3/4 acres of rural gardens, right on the river.

West View

The owners enjoy the fruits of our labour, from the Resene painted interior with remodelled bathroom and new custom-built windows to the well-maintained gardens and vegetable patch.

Picking Tomatoes
No better way to start the day than picking fresh tomatoes.

Like a classic car, a restored 1927 villa can always be polished and tweaked, but we've already done the hard yards to turn this lovely moved-on home from a draughty, poorly decorated old house into a well-insulated, meticulously renovated and decorated home. Just move in and enjoy the rural setting, your friendly neighbours and all that the area has to offer (see sidebar).

2330 is situated down a private avenue right-of-way giving access to just two other properties.  Set back from the road your new home is right by the Kaipara river between other lifestyle blocks.  We've chosen to enjoy our neighbours' animals rather than keep our own - their miniature horses, cows, goats and sheep are just over the fence, while 2330 is currently home to just two cats and a few ducks.  But you could fence in and put a few animals on, or continue developing the gardens to make it your own special haven - even float a pontoon on the river and moor a small boat right at the end of your garden. There are several flat lawn areas, bridges and even a vegetable patch to fill your kitchen !

The Master Bedroom, painted in calming Resene Coriander, is a wonderfully relaxing place to be.
With large french doors opening onto a deck with all-day sun, the only thing you have to worry
about in the morning is whether to head straight out into the sunshine or not.
